So you've always wanted to come and see the famous Caribbean swimming pigs. Now it's easier than ever for folks that are visiting Grand Bahama Island. Our Freeport Swimming Pigs Experience makes that dream your reality! This experience doesn’t require overnight lodging or extended port times and lots of luck to find available dates. We run every day and at a time that works for almost every cruise visitor. With hotel pick ups starting in town at 10:00AM and cruise guest pick ups at 10:45AM, scheduling this tour is a breeze. Our typical time of arrival back in the afternoon is 3PM at the port and around 3:30PM in Freeport.
Take in the tropical sights as your comfortable, air conditioned tour bus heads along the west coast of Grand Bahama Island to the Old Village of West End. The beautiful Crystal Beach awaits with it’s endless turquoise water and your new cute little friends too! Once here you’ll receive an introduction on caring for the pigs and how to approach and feed them. You’ll be able to swim, pet, feed, and take photos with these amazing pigs. While at Crystal Beach, food and beverages may be purchased from the beach hut to keep yourself energized. Following the pig interactions, we’ll have some time for swimming and volleyball or just soak up the sun and enjoy your sandy toes for just a while longer before we load up and head back to the cruise port and Port Lucaya.
